Bun is significant because we serve fresh flatbread buns. Graze is what cows do whaen they eat grass so we would like to be known for selling grass-fed beef. Overall we would like to support a healthy food movement by offering healthy options and choosing not to cook with seed oils. We are going to fry our french fries in beef tallow. We bake our flatbread burger bun before each order. We are trying to create a "Healthy Burger" but with nostalgic fast food vibes. Something that feels like another era.
